yesterday i finally p donate blood le.... it oso means my HB lvl bc to normal liao.... bt me oso request d vitamin pill... to mk sure my HB lvl wil not drp again... hehe
baru bc frm tkd training... 2day learn a lots of self-defence skill.... bt sipeh tired... nw fren jiu me go feed le... zzz... cnt write le....
